Marketing / Admin Assistant
Our client (Spring Hill) has a PERMANENT POSITION available for a person who has prior experience in administration and the marketing of business services.
This position will involve contacting new and existing clients in relation to new product launches and information sessions (mainly via email and phone). You will have an excellent phone manner and be able to Develop Emails and Marketing materials in relation to these events.
Duties will include:
• Organisation & set up of product launches and information sessions • Bookings and confirmation of attendees via phone & email • Updating the database • Updating and use of the Web for marketing purposes • Assisting the Training and Admin teams as required • High level Microsoft skills and ability to use Dreamweaver highly regarded
You will have good presentation, an eye for detail and enjoy client contact.
Hours 9.00am – 5.30. ASAP Start.
